✅ Approved 6/22 — the "Free/Reduced Lunch?" checkbox is being added to fall registration. It unlocks a whole tier of grants (Players Health, DICK'S, Good Sports) for 2027.

- TJ Skillen → President-elect, effective January 2027 (motion passed). VP seat now also open for 2027.
- Free/Reduced-Lunch checkbox approved for fall registration — unlocks 2027 grant tiers.
- D&O insurance — quote requested from Sadler; Tylor confirming at the July 30 renewal.
- State registered agent updated to Chris S Otten.
- Ohio AG charitable registration — confirmed current & in compliance (Charter #4903003).
- Waitlist cap set at 40 for 3rd/4th grade.

- Bylaws reconciliation — settle one clean set before TJ takes office under it in January. More urgent now, not less.
- Fall fundraising — sponsor targets + banner deadline (~1 week before season); Delaware County Foundation grant due July 31.
- FY2027 budget — build from Kevin's FY2026 bank statements.
- Aria-drafted policies — Conflict-of-Interest, SafeSport, document retention for board review.
