Parent Mtg + Pool Party

Parent meeting Fri 7/11 right after cheer camp; pool party Sat 7/12 (Natasha booking the shelter). Parent packet emailed before 7/11.

July 20–24

Cheer Camp & Conditioning

Cheer camp 7/20–22 (Hays). Conditioning week 7/20–24, no helmets. Full-equipment practice the week of 7/27.

We Need Help With

July 4 parade — more trucks and walkers. Justin's and Matt Rose's trucks are in; need a couple more plus walkers.
July 12 pool party — setup and day-of help once the shelter is booked.
Fall sponsors — anyone with a business contact: dealership, Win Supply, City Electric, Night's Kitchen & Bath, Old Dog. Banner deadline ~1 week before the season.

Goal: fund the program through grants so families pay as little as possible. Warm local doors first. We win these by framing Jr Pacers as youth development + health + keeping cost from being a barrier — not just "football."
