✅ Approved 6/22 — the "Free/Reduced Lunch?" checkbox is being added to fall registration. It unlocks a whole tier of grants (Players Health, DICK'S, Good Sports) for 2027.

✅ Decided / Done (7/13)
- OhioRISE / Medicaid funding — approved. Authorized an account with the Medicaid third-party payor (Megan Blubaugh, Boundless) so kids on active cases can be funded to play.
- Aspire Digital — approved as in-kind digital sponsor at the Playoffs ($1,000) level; Chris recused.
- Two scholarships approved (Joe) — 4th & 5th grade; registration codes already sent.
- Saturday camp opened to the public with a mandatory liability waiver.
- 3rd/4th: retention + build, not grow. No new mesh practice jerseys this year.
🔆 Still Open → next meeting
- Insurance (Sadler/AYF) renewal — ⚠️ not yet renewed. Tylor working it (as of 7/14) + getting Chris authorized-signer access; D&O quote still pending.
- ETS Performance partnership — decide once the off-season team quote (up to 40 kids) comes back.
- Bylaws reconciliation — settle one clean set before TJ takes office in January.
- Ohio AG charitable registration — portal flags us out-of-compliance; follow-up sent (Charter #4903003).
- FY2027 budget — build from Kevin's FY2026 bank statements (pending).

Venues (schools, parks, events) often ask for a Certificate of Insurance naming them. You can issue one yourself in seconds.
Issue a COI⚠️ 2026-27 renewal not yet completed — Tylor is working on it (as of 7/14) and getting Chris authorized-signer access. Confirm before the season.
