⚑ Compliance question to verify (G11)

The Ohio Attorney General put the club on notice (8/24/2022, Charter #4903003) that, as a nonprofit that solicits donations, it likely had to register with the AG and file annual reports within six months of incorporating. We solicit (sponsorships, calendar fundraiser, spaghetti dinner, Givebutter). There is no record in our files that this registration was ever completed. Someone should confirm our status at charitable.ohioago.gov — this is a real, fixable compliance item, not an accusation.
