- 10% lifetime discount offered to all Jr Pacers members (never mandatory).
- Team / off-season training ~$22 per kid for a 1-hour group session (needs ~14–20 athletes). Chris requested a formal quote for up to 40 kids, weekly winter off-season conditioning (open to cheer too).
- ETS also gave the board its own sponsorship info / tax ID (ETS sponsoring the club — separate from any other sponsor item).
Registration & July calendar
- Football: 36 signed up (5th grade 16, 6th grade 12, plus a few prospects); projecting roughly 32 by season start.
- Cheer: 38.
- Combine 7/18 · Pool party (Mingo) 7/19 · Hays HS camp 7/20–22 · practices / equipment pickups the following week.
Decisions captured on the recording
- Open Saturday's camp to the public, with a mandatory liability waiver.
- 3rd/4th grade posture: retention and build, not grow for now.
- No new mesh practice jerseys this year (current ones have 1–2 years left).
After the recording cut off from Chris's notes — please confirm against your minutes
New business decided after ~7:40 PM
- Account balance: $32,016.25.
- ✓ Scholarships: board notified of the 2 Joe approved (4th & 5th grade); registration codes already sent; board was happy.
- ✓ OhioRISE / Medicaid funding: board approved — authorize setting up an account with the Medicaid third-party payor (contact Megan Blubaugh, Boundless) so kids on active cases get funded to play.
- ✓ Aspire Digital: approved as an in-kind digital sponsor at the Playoffs ($1,000) level (Chris recused himself from the vote).
- Insurance (Sadler/AYF): Tylor confirmed the policy is not yet renewed — he's working on it and getting Chris access. Quotes still pending for the renewal and board D&O coverage. Board intent: add Chris as an authorized signer.
- Football camp attendance (~44 of 60), team moms, team banner, and open floor.
For Natasha: these are the notes we were able to capture (the recording stopped partway through). Your official minutes are the source of record. If anything above is off, or you have the details for the items after the recording cut off, your version wins. Thanks for all you do keeping the record straight.
