The Move
Apply online, then arrange a pickup at the Columbus warehouse (4848 Evanswood Dr, Columbus). Worst case we get some pads and helmets; best case a few thousand dollars of gear for the cost of a drive. Do this first — zero grant-writing.
How to Apply

- Complete the equipment-request / partner form (org info, EIN, what sports + ages, equipment needs). Use the Packet org facts.
- List specific needs: football helmets, shoulder pads, footballs, practice gear; cheer items. Be concrete about quantities and ages.
- They'll respond about available inventory + a pickup appointment. Send someone with a truck/SUV to the Columbus warehouse.
Tips
- Mention you're a local Delaware County all-volunteer 501(c)(3) serving 100–190 kids
- Ask to get on their recurring distribution list, not just a one-time grab
- Pickup is rolling — no deadline, so do it before the fall equipment crunch
