The Move
Apply online for an equipment grant. Eligibility favors 501(c)(3)s serving youth ages 3–18 with a participation fee at or under $299 (us) in higher-need areas. Up to 8 equipment donations over two years.
How to Apply
- Go to goodsports.org and open the equipment-grant application (apply when the window is open — it runs in cycles, check the site).
- Provide org info + EIN, ages served, your participation fee (under $299 ✓), and the community-need context. Use the Packet.
- List equipment needs: football helmets/pads, footballs, cheer gear, uniforms, footwear.
- If approved, equipment ships to us. Ask about the multi-cycle donation relationship, not just one shot.
Strengthen It
- Emphasize need-based scholarships + that we keep fees low so cost isn't a barrier
- The Free/Reduced-Lunch data (once we collect it at registration) makes this a slam dunk for 2027
